In the fourth quarter of 2021, several tools apps on the Android platform in Russia demonstrated notable performance trends. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the weekly downloads and active user metrics for the top 5 tools apps during this period.

Госуслуги saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 456K in late October. However, downloads tapered off towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 136K in the last week of December. Active users followed a similar trend, rising to a peak of 19.0M in early November before declining to about 11.4M by the end of December.

QR & Barcode Scanner experienced steady growth in downloads, starting with around 104K in late September and climbing to approximately 200K by the end of December. The app's active user base also showed a consistent increase, ending the quarter with about 1.5M users.
